Onboarding Policy

 

Welcome to Jess Corner Voice! I am delighted to have you embark on this journey to enhance your vocal skills.

To foster transparency and ensure a smooth collaboration, please review the following on boarding policy:

 

1. Scheduling and Availability: Voice coaching sessions are available Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. To schedule sessions, please contact me directly via email (voice@jesscorner.com) or on WhatsApp (+44 7425172891) Sessions are generally 60 minutes, and alternative arrangements can be discussed based on your needs.

 

2. Payment and Billing: A deposit for voice coaching services is required in advance of each session. We accept bank transfers, and invoices will be sent electronically. Complete payments should be made within 7 days of the session. Please ensure timely payment to confirm your session.

 

3. Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equivalent to the session cost. Please provide advance notice of any scheduling changes to avoid cancellation fees. The cancellation fee aims to respect the time and commitment of both parties.

 

4. Technology Requirements: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to video capabilities for virtual sessions. Please test your audio and video equipment in advance to ensure a smooth session. A quiet and distraction-free environment is recommended for an optimal coaching experience.

5. Communication:

  • Open communication is key to a successful coaching relationship. Please share your relevant goals, concerns, and any specific preferences during our sessions.

  • Feel free to reach out between sessions for additional support or clarification.

 

6. Confidentiality and Trust:

Your privacy is paramount. All information shared during sessions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

I encourage an environment of trust and openness to enhance the effectiveness of our coaching sessions

 

7. Session Rescheduling:

Requests to reschedule or move appointments must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests, but it is dependent on availability.
